SnapDragon continues its growth by relocating headquarters.

On Friday April 5^th, we completed a move to our new corporate offices, now located at 24 Eastman
Ave, Unit C4 in Bedford NH (just 2 blocks north of our previous location).  This is a milestone as we celebrate our 9^th anniversary in business.  It is an exciting time here at SnapDragon Associates as the new location provides us with more than double the space of our previous location.  Additional space was needed in order to continue to grow and add new members to our team.  We have confidence in what we have seen over the last 18 months and expect continued growth in an increasingly strong market.  Our growth is possible from the continued support of clients such as yourself who utilize our services and have made SnapDragon Associates, the premiere recruiting firm supporting the hiring needs of our clients.  2013 has shown great increases in hiring as companies seek top talent to take advantage of an improving economy and we continue to hone our skills at locating and recruiting those people you want to add to your team. 

Welcome Jon Gunn!

Jon Gunn is our newest recruiter at SnapDragon Associates and brings a unique blend of recruiting skills to the table coupled with a firm grasp of the end goal and a healthy dose of enthusiasm.  Jon cut his recruiting teeth in the Air Force where he found a great deal of success during his time as a military recruiter.   In his time as an Air Force recruiter Jon found everything from civil engineers to aircraft mechanics to special forces operatives.  Jon is extremely versed and dynamic in his approach and never loses sight of his obligation to facilitate both clients and applicants.  When not feverishly plugging away at his desk, Jon can be found in the woods around New England breaking in his mountain bike or with his
family.  He also makes a mean batch of homebrew.  Welcome Gunny!

Welcome Research Recruiter, Katie Hagan!

Katie is a new comer to the Lumber, Building Materials, and Millwork industry; but possesses valuable staffing and recruitment knowledge from her previous employment allowing for success in her current role as Research Recruiter. Katie is a 2009 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, having received a Bachelors of Art in Political Science and Business Administration with a minor in Spanish. She is equipped with skills that allow her to maintain grounded while providing quality results in a fast paced environment. Katie’s intuitive nature coupled with her desire to impress makes her an asset here at SnapDragon Associates. Her can-do approach coupled with a positive attitude and smile on her face, allows Katie to get the job done! Her entry into the industry has been seamless and our candidates have found her engaging and a pleasure to interact with.  Katie is a family orientated person who enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and shopping

2013 Just Around the Corner

2012 has been a great year here at SnapDragon with our adding a Wilmington, NC office and new staff here in NH.  This year our business doubled due in large to three key change elements;  an increase in hiring and the addition of new staff.   We got better at recruiting and the employment market improved.  Additionally we have offered new services such as SnapSearch which saves our clients literally thousands of dollars in recruiting fees.  We appreciate the support of clients like you who look to us to recruit those positions critical to the success of your business.  As we say on our home page, clients refer to us as a Find firm rather than a Search firm.

SnapDragon Associates launches New Logo and Website

After several months of design work and lots of input from colleagues, friends and family we are proud of our new logo and the launch our new website. Our goal was to give the SnapDragon logo a more human look to indicate that we are in the people business. The website is easier to navigate
through and it was built to allow for smart phone/i-pad views and applications which have become more and more the norm with most people. We wanted a website and logo which pops off the page and shows a more descriptive vision of who we are and what we do. 2012 has been a fantastic year for the company as we have been re-investing into facilities, personnel and systems in an effort to live up to the designation of being the Lumber and Building Materials Industry's leading
recruiting and consulting firm. Let's be clear on one thing; anyone can proclaim themselves as being the "premier" or "best in class" this or that; we let our results back up our words.  We have the team, the knowledge and ability to find the people you want to hire; fact not words.

Welcome Mike Zullo!

Mike is a recent college graduate bringing the latest tactics and practices to the business world having graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and General Management, with a minor in Economics. What really excited us about Mike’s background is that he was one of the key students headlining the Professional Sales Leadership Program at PSU. He brought numerous other students into the program which resulted in expanding the number of classes in the program being offered. Clearly a go getter and great salesman! Mike’s passion for business took root with his involvement in DECA.  He took first place in his DECA event, “Business Law and Ethics Team Decision Making” and proceeded to compete at the international level. Mike is that breath of fresh air that reminds us all why we love doing what we are doing! Mike’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, relaxing with friends and family, collecting and raising exotic pets, and spending time with his girlfriend.

Welcome Kammey Grierson!

We are excited to have Kammey Grierson re-join the team at SnapDragon Associates as Business Manager.  Kammey is a welcoming professional who comes to us with more than 20 years of successful staffing, recruiting, consulting, and business management experience. Her years of progressively successful and cross-functional experience in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration, human resources, recruitment, sales, business development and operations management make her a fantastic addition to our team. Many of her associates have noted
her excellent organizational skills, creative problem solving techniques and ability to develop a cohesive team structure between various departments using her strategic communication aptitude. Kammey’s key soft skills are both adaptability in changing situations and ability to interact successfully at different levels in a fast paced diverse atmosphere. Most importantly, she has
shown the competency to learn new skills, build successful relationships with both internal and external business colleagues and customers, which has allowed her to grow to an elite management level within our challenging industry. She is driven to succeed and client centric in her work, a truly inspirational individual everyone looks forward to talking to! Kammey attended Johnson and Wales University as a Business Development and Marketing major and lives in Manchester, NH.
